We are proud of our tradition of service and involvement with the local community. Students from Year 9 upwards form a Community Service unit that provides help for those in need.

Regular visits to elderly people living in a care home near the College have grown in popularity, with a group of 15 students who call on different days of the week. They provide company and a refreshing influence.

This year a group of Year 9 pupils have started weekly lunchtime scheme at a local primary school, providing backup as well as extension work in Maths and English.

St Dunstan’s students also give support to Fun Fizzical, a local club for children with a range of special needs. We currently have over 30 helpers for this energetic activity, which operates at The Bridge Leisure Centre.

On site, many pupils dedicate their time to Electronic Workshop, while others help out at Junior School games sessions.
