Reception children enjoy learning about Brazil
A big thank you to Mrs Castellarin, one of our Reception parents, who came in to talk to 1R about Brazil. Alex and his parents visited Brazil over the Christmas holidays and had a very exciting time with family and friends. He was so keen to share his news and treasured memories with everyone that his mum very kindly came to help him.
Mrs Castellarin read the children part of a story in Portuguese; it was fun to listen to. They learned so much about football, clothes, precious stones and fun games and managed to answer the register in Portuguese!
