3+ Entry

Nursery, or 3+, is our first point of entry into St Dunstan’s Junior School.
Children will need to have a date of birth that falls between 1 September 2023 and 31 August 2024 for entry in 2027. We accept registrations for our Nursery from birth, and early registration is welcomed.
As part of the registration process, parents are required to submit details of their child’s current Nursery key worker with whom we will liaise to find out more about your child’s day to day progress in their current setting.

Assessment Play Session for 3+ Entry
Saturday 14 November 2026
All registered children and their parents are invited to visit our Junior School and enjoy a morning with some of our teachers, in order that we can get to know your child a little more in person. Our highly-skilled team will run a play session with your child, where their interactions with other children will be observed, as well as their interest in particular activities and ability to talk to the staff and answer questions. We will also read the children a story, monitor their engagement and identify simple inference skills.
