Kooth offers free, safe and anonymous online support for young people and is available for those aged 11+.  Counsellors are available from 12noon to 10pm on weekdays and 6pm to 10 pm at weekends, every day of the year on a drop-in basis. Young people can access regular booked online counselling sessions as needed. Outside counselling hours’ young people can message our team and get support by the next day.

The Mix

The Mix offer a variety of different tools and offer a dedicated page of tips to relieve anxiety about COVID-19. They also have a phone number - 0808 808 4994 and crisis messenger service.

Childline offers a calm zone with different stress reliever tools including yoga videos and message boards for support. You can  speak to a Childline counsellor online or on the phone from 9am – midnight on 0800 1111 or on a 121 online chat.
