Our exceptional specialist art education begins early with specialist teaching from Pre-Prep, carefully crafted to be modern and broad.
Our Junior School pupils thrive in a programme that celebrates diversity, studying over 20 artists throughout their time in the Junior School, spanning black, contemporary, British, international, and female creators, ensuring a rich and inspiring artistic perspective. We are proud to have secured a top-three place in the prestigious IAPS Art Competition every year since our debut in 2022, reflecting the extraordinary talent nurtured within our walls.

Each year, over 20 of our young artists submit work to the Royal Academy Young Artists Summer Show; a remarkable achievement that speaks to both quality and confidence. Creativity flourishes across an astonishing range of mediums - from pencils, charcoal, and pastels to acrylic paints, collage, textiles, clay, and sewing, offering every child the chance to explore and master different forms of expression.
At St Dunstan’s, art is not just a subject; it is a vibrant journey where passion meets expert guidance, making our provision truly unrivalled and perfect for any child eager to develop their artistic voice.
