In the final week of the half term, the Music Department presented its Michaelmas Chamber Concert, this year held at St Dunstan's in the Great Hall.

The concert was an opportunity for many of our ensembles to showcase music they'd been working on since the start of the academic year.

There were performances from a range of ensembles, including College Orchestra, Concert Band, SDC Voices, String Ensemble, Brass Ensemble, Barbershop, A Cappella Choir and more. The music on offer was, as ever, wide ranging, with the concert including everything from Brahms and Strauss to Coldplay and Mumford & Sons. It was the perfect way to end the half term, before ensembles begin preparing for Christmas events after the exeat.
