On Saturday 25th April, a group of our Year 5 and 6 pupils took part in the Mini London Marathon as part of the London Marathon weekend.
Participating alongside 20,000 runners from schools across the UK, the pupils ran one mile from Horse Guards Parade to the actual London marathon finishing line on The Mall, receiving the coveted Mini Marathon medal upon completion of the distance.
It was a record-breaking day for the event, as the largest ever Mini London Marathon to date.
We’re very proud of all the pupils for their efforts, taking part in one of London's most inspiring events!
