On Friday 13 May 2022, our Year 13 students gathered with their parents in our new theatre for their special Graduation ceremony.

It was a well deserved celebration of individual achievements which were read out to all present. Achievements ranged from achieving the Gold Duke of Edinburgh to obtaining a Barista qualification, from creating a computer programme that ran on the International Space Station to studying the chemical compositions of pollution effects on Dulwich flora and fauna for the Diploma Scholars’ Project. The talents of this year’s cohort were as strong and interesting as ever, a credit to their outstanding hard work and estimable characters.

Mr Tom Coling, a Dunstonian who left the school in 2001, appealed to all alumni-to-be present to stay in touch with the school in future years. The impact this can have both on the alumni and our current student body is exponential. We have had numerous Dunstonians delivering lectures, mentoring students or giving career advice.

Our beautiful string ensemble interspersed the ceremony with some beautiful playing before all gathered on the STEM terrace for a glass of prosecco and a cupcake.
