Parents have access to the St Dunstan's College web-based Parent Portal and the associated iSAMS Parent App. The College uses these platforms as the primary means of communicating important information to parents such as termly Learning and Attainment Scores, letters about parents' evenings, school trips and events, and other specific information which may require your attention. In addition, they provide quick and easy access to everything you need to know about your child's school life, including attendance records, reward and sanction notifications, timetables, teacher contact information, school news and events, and more.

WisePay is a secure online payment service that allows our parents and guardians (and extended family members), to make payments to their school using their debit or credit cards.

How do I inform the College of my child's absence? Please email email@example.com before 0900 on each morning of absence due to illness or emergency. Alternatively, you can ring the College switchboard on 020 8516 7200. The switchboard is open Monday through Friday, from 0800 until 1700 during term time.

How do I access my child's Learning Scores, Attainment Data and other reports? All reports are published on the Parent Portal and iSAMS Parent App.
How can I get a message to my child during the school day? Please ring the College switchboard on 020 8516 7200, and they will ensure that any urgent messages reach your child.
How can I update the College on my child's medical needs? Medical information forms can be found on the Parent Portal under School Information / Documents & Files. The College Nurse can be reached by email through the Parent Portal or iSAMS ParentApp.
Where can I find College Policies? All public-facing policies are found here. If you require access to a policy which is not published on the website, please contact Mrs Hearn, PA to the Headmaster (firstname.lastname@example.org).

What is Wisepay, and how do I use it? Wisepay is a service that the College uses to take payments for tickets to events, trips and other extras to school fees. You can access Wisepay here and from the Parent Portal.
Where can I buy College sports kit and uniform? The College uniform is supplied by SchoolBlazer and sports kit is supplied by Tacklebag. The College dress code can be found in the Policies section of the website. This information is also available on the Parent Portal.
