Ensuring a brighter future through legacies

St Dunstan's College was founded on the generosity of past generations of Dunstonians, and gifts in Wills continue to play a vital role in shaping the future of the College.

For many people, school is one of the most significant and formative parts of their lives. By leaving a gift in your Will to St Dunstan’s Education Group (Charity No. 1208941), you can help support future generations through bursaries, capital projects and the wider life of the College.

At St Dunstan's College there is a vibrant community of Dunstonians interconnected in a whole range of different ways. By leaving a gift in your Will, you will be providing vital support to future generations: legacies have become the backbone of our fundraising and we are very grateful for every bequest we receive, whatever its value.

Since 2020, the College has received more than £650,000 in legacy gifts and a further £1.4 million in pledged support, helping to strengthen our long-term philanthropic ambitions.

All legators are invited to join the Albam Exorna Legacy Society and attend a range of special events throughout the year.

The College also works in partnership with local law firm Judge & Priestley Solicitors to offer informative webinars on Will writing and probate. Alumni and Parents are encouraged to join SDConnect for updates and invitations to future events.

How to leave a legacy

Free Will Week 8 – 12 June

In partnership with Judge & Priestley (J&P) we are running a Free Will Week from 8 – 12 June.

We are delighted to announce that all our places for Free Wills have now been filled, and meetings are scheduled between 8-12 June.

We’re encouraging our community to get involved with the week, which will be dedicated to celebrating the power of future giving. It is an opportunity for our community to find out more about what "leaving a legacy" means and how a gift in your Will can protect both your loved ones and the future of St Dunstan’s College.
